The Pentad Punter Terms and Conditions

1.   Any member subscribing to The Pentad Punter tipster service must be at least 18 years of age, and be satisfied that he or she is lawfully entitled to use the service.

2.   Selections given by The Pentad Punter are for the sole use of the subscriber and must not be divulged to a third party.  Any member found to be in breach of this rule will have their membership terminated, without refund.

3.   All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that members receive the selections to which they are entitled.  The Pentad Punter will not, however, be held responsible for information which fails to reach the subscriber.

4.   Subscriptions to The Pentad Punter are recurring and are non-refundable.  Membership cancellation is the responsibility of the subscriber.

5.   Please bet responsibly, and only with funds that you can afford to lose.  Past performance does not guarantee future results.  The Pentad Punter cannot be held responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, sustained through use of its tipster service. 

6.   The Pentad Punter reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Current subscribers will be given at least 48 hours notice of any change.
